Principal Designer & Founder

Nicole has always had an eye for detail and an affinity for connecting with others. She has always been highly passionate about creating ‘home’. She believes your surroundings impact every facet of your life, from how you conduct business to how you interact with your family. It is the backdrop for those special moments that become cherished memories for years to come.

She founded Spaces Defined in 2018 in Austin, TX, and now resides in Dallas with her two boys, Anthony and Preston, her husband, Richard, and rambunctious Aussie doodle, Charlie. Nothing brings her more joy than creating beautiful, functional spaces and all the wonderful people she meets along the way.

Nicole oversees all design projects from beginning to end to ensure no detail is overlooked and that the final result perfectly reflects her clients and their goals — allowing them to sit back and enjoy the process in the meantime. Each project is as unique as the client we are working with. Driven by a deep-seated desire to make a meaningful difference in the lives of her clients, Nicole approaches each project with unwavering commitment and enthusiasm, ensuring each and every detail is meticulously curated to exceed expectations.
