Our Signature Process
We understand designing your home can feel overwhelming. That’s why we break our process into 4 easy steps and promise to walk you through every step of the way.
01. —Discovery Call
The first step in initiating the design process is to complete our inquiry form. We will then reach out to you to get a better feel for your project and the overall scope involved. At that point, we will explain our process in greater detail and answer any questions you may have regarding how we work.
02. — Introduction
After our initial phone call, we’ll set up an on-board meeting to see all plans and review ideas together. During this initial consultation, we’ll discuss the complete scope of work and you’ll be provided with a project proposal and letter of agreement following our meeting. This will include an overview of the design plan discussed, a quote for the design fee in addition to a welcome packet outlining our process in greater detail.
03. — Design
We take the data gathered on your style and apply it to the style of your home. We will present to you a floor plan, design board, furniture, and finish samples for your approval. Once designs are approved we will handle all ordering of items unless specified otherwise, allowing you to relax as we work to bring your dream home to life.
04. —Install + Celebrate!
When all furnishings arrive at our warehouse, we will schedule installation. Furniture is delivered, window treatments are installed, accents are styled and you are left with a beautiful space to call your own!
In-Home Consultation
Each of our services begins with an in-home consultation. During our time together we will hone in on the details of your project, and discuss style, timelines, and goals. We offer our 2-hour consultation as a stand-alone service for those looking for advice they can implement on their own without committing to a full-service design. If you’re building a new home— before you spend too much time, energy, and money on your house plans. We can be a valuable resource in working with your architect & builder to space plan for the furniture and decor you will want in your home to make it work for you in the best way possible. We will also ensure no details are missed and you make the correct build selections, creating a seamless process!
If you’re furnishing an existing home, it’s just important to keep the timeline in mind. We follow a proven process that delivers beautiful results, but to create a unique curated look, we custom order just about everything for each client.

There are many benefits to hiring an interior designer. We help take your vision and transform it into a cohesive and beautiful space. Possibly our greatest value is our experience - we can realize and elevate your vision, prevent costly mistakes through effective planning and project management, and create a truly custom space that reflects you, our client. As designers, we also have the knowledge and access to vendors and products that you may not have access to, or even know about. With a designer, you are able to have unique items in your home that will reflect your point of view for a truly custom look.

The time of the consultation to a completed concept is generally 6-8 weeks depending on the size of the project. For larger projects such as new builds, you can expect 10-12 weeks. The timeline for the delivery of items varies by vendor.

We charge by the hour for our design services, allowing you to broaden the project scope as we go. During your consultation, we will define a scope of work together, and create an estimate for the amount of design time it will take to complete your project. This estimate is your retainer and is paid in full at the start of the project. As your project progresses, we bill against your retainer, sending you invoices on the first Monday of each month.

We purchase exclusively from wholesalers that only sell to the trade, creating a design unique to your home and not accessible to the everyday shopper. On any given project, we’re sourcing products from a dozen or more sources in order to create a completely curated design aesthetic. In addition, purchasing directly from wholesalers allows us to pass along a portion of our savings to our clients. We work directly with over 100 different vendors, ensuring your design is perfectly aligned with your personal style and budget.
