From there, we manage every step—procurement, order tracking, coordination, and receiving—ensuring a seamless and highly organized process from start to finish.

Through access to trusted vendors and custom pieces, we’re also able to bring in materials and furnishings that make your home feel truly personal and one of a kind.

Design timelines vary depending on the scope of the project. Initial concepts are typically completed within 6–8 weeks, while larger projects such as new construction may take 10–12 weeks.
This timeline reflects the design phase only. Overall project timelines, including construction and furnishing, will vary based on scope, vendor lead times, and installation schedules.

We bill for design services on an hourly basis, allowing flexibility as your project evolves. At the start, we define the scope of work and provide an estimate for the design time required. A portion of that estimate is collected as a retainer to begin.
As the project progresses, time is billed against the retainer, with invoices issued monthly.

We source primarily from trade-only vendors and wholesalers, giving us access to furnishings, materials, and custom pieces not available to the general public.
Each project pulls from a wide range of trusted vendors, allowing us to create a layered, highly curated result that feels personal rather than one-note. This approach ensures your home reflects your point of view in a way that’s both elevated and unique.
